The CWP arrives in the capital

The Creative Writing Programme, the two-year degree-level course which has kickstarted the careers of many writers, is coming to the capital. If you’ve always dreamed of writing a novel, or collection of short stories, and live in London, then why not sign up for a taster session on 24 June or 9 September to see if it’s for you?

The programme will take place in the inspirational surroundings of the John Harvard Library (yes that Harvard!) in Southwark, a five minute walk from London Bridge station on Wednesday mornings from late September. The space is fully accessible.

At a time when the cost of higher education has made university study an expensive luxury, our programme offers a practical course of study, taught at university level, at an affordable price which can take you from having no experience of creative writing to having the first draft of a novel.

The classs is taught by novelists and experienced writing tutors Rosie Chard and Paula Lichtarowicz.
